About This Course

A central location for university administrators, registrars, ICT Directors and e-Learning Coordinators to find resources to empower them to perform administrative activities in the e-SHE platform for their university.

This Training Hub serves as a comprehensive resource for individuals in various roles at each institution, including:

  • University Leadership
  • e-LIS Administrators and Registrars (utilizing the e-learning information system powered by Salesforce)
  • LMS Administrators (utilizing the learning management system powered by Open edX) Student Support Administrators
  • Instructors

Each section within the Training Hub includes an introduction to the respective tool, a beginner's guide, and links to corporate training resources available from each system. The Training Hub provides University staff with the opportunity to offer feedback on the content and request additional details tailored to their specific roles.

The Training Hub contains links to custom role-specific training materials available on the e-SHE platform.
