By finishing this course, university staff gain access to eLIS, pending approval from the university's e-learning director. This access enables you to carry out important tasks that assist instructors and students in using e-SHE at your university.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
1. Create instructor and student accounts to manage user access.
2. Create course blueprints and new course shells for your instructors, so they can build engaging learning experiences.
3. Enroll instructors and students in courses offerings.
4. Generate and download reports to understand eLIS usage and student performance.
5.Find, reassign, update and close a support case.
