About This Course

This course provides a foundational understanding of Internet and Web Technologies, equipping students with the essential knowledge and skills required for modern web development. It covers the evolution of the web, key internet protocols, web design principles, and the technical aspects of front-end and back-end development. Students will learn how to structure web content using HTML, style web pages using CSS, and add interactivity using JavaScript. The course also introduces modern frontend development using React.js, including state management, component-based architecture, and API handling. If time permits, basic server-side scripting with PHP will be covered, focusing on handling user input, form validation, and session management.
