Advanced Research Methods II

Enrollment in this course is by invitation only

The module, Advanced Research Methods II, is a continuation of Advanced Research Methods I.

The aim of the module is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to conduct data analysis.

Therefore, this module provides students with some conceptual backgrounds and practical steps and techniques related to the analysis of quantitative data obtained from secondary sources such as survey databases and/or data obtained through their own surveys or case studies. This module will enable learners to apply appropriate research methodologies in order to summarize and present quantitative data, to compute measures of central tendency and dispersion, and to conduct tests of hypothesis concerning means, associations, variances, and proportions. Furthermore, the module introduces participants to the concepts and methods of linear and logistic regression analysis.
