Introduction to demographic Methods and Population Studies


Students are expected to acquire basic skills in interpreting indicators to assess population dynamics and using population data for RH planning

Enrollment in this course is by invitation only

    Population health is influenced by the dynamism in the three main components of population change and their interrelationships. There is therefore a need to understand the measurements of the main components of the population. This module describes the key concepts and measurements of the demographic methods and population studies and demonstrates the relationship between population, health, and development.
