Technology Integration in Mathematics and Science Education


This course lays the foundation for lifelong learning by integrating technology in teaching-learning, and research of mathematics education.

This Ph.D. course, Technology Integration in Mathematics Teaching-Learning, offered through the Mathematics Education Program, is designed as a blended learning experience, combining online and face-to-face instruction. Students will cultivate advanced knowledge, practical skills, and a critical perspective to sustainably integrate technology into mathematics education. The course requires an estimated time commitment of 12 hours per week, during which learners will engage in analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating models, theories, research, policies, and practices related to technology-enhanced mathematics teaching and learning. Emphasizing both theoretical depth and practical application, this course prepares doctoral students to contribute innovatively and responsibly to the evolving landscape of mathematics education. It has six modules.
