Technology Integration in Mathematics and Science Education


This course lays the foundation for lifelong learning by integrating technology in teaching-learning, and research of mathematics education.

This Ph.D. course, Technology Integration in Mathematics Teaching-Learning, offered through the Mathematics Education Program, is designed as a blended learning experience, combining online and face-to-face instruction. Students will cultivate advanced knowledge, practical skills, and a critical perspective to sustainably integrate technology into mathematics education. The course requires an estimated time commitment of 8 hours per week, during which learners will engage in analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating models, theories, research, policies, and practices related to technology-enhanced mathematics teaching and learning. Emphasizing both theoretical depth and practical application, this course prepares doctoral students to contribute innovatively and responsibly to the evolving landscape of mathematics education.
