This Module is about Management of oral lesions related to systemic diseases and also how to approach, examine and diagnose dental abnormalities in patients with systemic diseases. It  also teaches  about medications used to treat oral abnormalities (non-surgical management of oro-facial lesions). Finally the module also includes key points concerning Management of Medically Compromised patients in Dental/Maxillofacial set up.The main objective of the module is  to enable students manage medically compromised patients, patients with systemic diseases, and also patients with oral and maxillofacial lesions none surgically in dental and Maxillofacial Set up.At the end of this Module, the student should be able to identify, diagnose and manage Dental patients with or without systemic problem, medically compromised patients with oral diseases, oral and Para oral lesions, oro-facial  infections and be able to prescribe  proper medications to dental and Maxillofacialpatients.
